RailRoad Derailment Service
As most of you are aware, TOCS also processes RailRoad Derailment calls for the entire United States and forwards those derailment tickets on to the fiber optic companies that are subscribers to this service. The questions we ask of the caller are structured specifically for derailment type calls. Once the utilities receive these tickets, they respond according to their own policies involving these accidents.
