Map Request
If you are a Utility Company,
and would like to request a printed map
for a county in Tennessee, please fill out the form below and submit it to us.
Notes regarding the maps:
- The map sheets are 34" x 44" and each county takes an average of 6 to 8 sheets.
- Larger metropolitan areas take more sheets. For example, Nashville takes about 12 sheets.
- Members pay $5.00 per sheet and non-members pay $7.50 per sheet. (This covers the costs of paper, ink, time and mailing tubes.)
- We mail these maps via US postal service, so if you have a PO box, you may want to make sure you check it soon after your request is submitted (within a week). We have had occurrences where the postal service did not notify the box holder and the maps just sat at the post office for a length of time.
- We will invoice you for the maps about a month after you receive them.
- If they are not what you expected, please send them back to us.
- The main uses of these maps are for calculating a member's database coverage and for calling in locates to the center with the grid. Do not use them to plot your facilities or use them for precise measurements. There is a margin of error within the data. They are close enough to calculate your database, but for fine-tuning your facility on the map would not be advised.
- The maps you use are the same maps we have on our computers. So what you see, is what we see.
