Member Service Area Mapping (M.S.A.M.) Request Form

Member Service Area Mapping, allows a member utility of TOCS to view their own database on-line for verification, OR to make and submit changes.

The member utility must contact Tennessee One Call, for login and password information before accessing the data. Please contact the GIS dept for more information at 615-367-1110 (x7113, x7120 or x7126).

Member Grid Database Update Form

This form is to be used by member utilities that wish to update their grid-type database.

Important items to remember: your member code, which county is to be updated and whether you are adding or deleting grids. If you wish to send a new Master set, make sure that is indicated when submitting.

Grid database members may also submit their changes by email instead of using the form by sending to tnocs@tnonecall.com, and putting "database update" in the subject line.

Spatial database members would continue to email their changes as they have always done.

All database submissions are confirmed when completed. If you have not heard back from someone within a week of your email or form submission, please contact the center to find out if we have received your changes.
