Update

Don't forget. You do not need to wait to update your database with us. Feel free to send any changes at any time either via fax, email or the grid update page on this web site.

Anyone who is presently in a grid structure database, can migrate to a shape file database assuming your facilities are mapped using some sort of software such as ESRI, AutoCad or MapInfo products. We use ESRI products here at the center, so we can import a limited selection of file types.

For further information regarding shape files, please contact the GIS dept. at the center.

 
  

Member - Grid Updates

This page may be used to update member utility grid databases. Please fill out the form listed below.

( If you use this form, we will not verify that the grids given are correct because we do not know where your facilities are located.  We will either add or delete the grids from your existing database based on the information you supply Tennessee One Call as shown below.  It is the responsibility of the member to provide TOC with updated and correct grid information.  If any of the information listed below is incomplete, such as Name of Company, Name of Person entering information or Contact phone number, etc., we reserve the right to refuse any grid information.)

Anyone using this form, agrees to hold Tennessee One-Call free from any liability for lost,  mis-directed or incorrect information.
